How did you first get interested in playing live poker?
One day I saw that they were giving a free class at an poker academy. I loved it, but I only dared to go to the casino once I reached a certain level, so I spent 6 months studying until I dared to go for the first time.
How long do you play poker, and how successful have you been?
I have been playing poker for the last 7 years. My main successes have been online, winning several live tournaments as well. I am known for being runner-up in the Winamax Topshark Academy two years in a row.
What do you consider to be your biggest strength as a poker player?
I consider myself an aggressive player, but I adapt well to the opponents I play against.
What’s the most challenging part of playing live poker for you, Borja Camara?
In my opinion, it is adapting to each player, especially recreational players. Even knowing the player, he may play differently for many different reasons.

Do you have a favorite poker room or casino that you like to play at?
I love Winamax poker room, like Gran Via Poker Room Casino. However, I love Vegas, Hilton Prague, and Kings Rozvadov as well.
Do you have any rituals or superstitions that you follow while playing?
I do Warmup and Colddown before and after the sessions.
Have you played with any of the live poker celebrities?
Yes, for example, with Adrian Mateos and Naza.
What are your future goals in poker?
In the short term to do my best at the WSOP, and in the long term to be the best player possible and play the highest levels.
